My journey in Ireland began in professional kitchens, honing my skills and building confidence as a chef. An exciting opportunity arose when Macroom Golf Club sought caterers. I decided to take the leap, and alongside friends, we launched The Mulligan Room three years ago. Today, I proudly continue this adventure independently, cherishing every moment spent bringing culinary delight to Macroom Golf Club and beyond.
